4. 保护特性 / PROTECTION FEATURE

4.1 过电流保护: 当输出达到其过流保护触发点时(过流点设定为最大负载电流的120-300%,且过流状态下输入功率恒定),电源将进入打嗝模式保护状态,当过载故障被解除后,电源能自动恢复到正常输出.

OVER - CURRENT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over-current protection trigger point (set@ Max load 120-300% ). The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.

4.2 输出短路保护:在任何时候,任何输入条件下,当输出遇到在短路情况下,电源供应器会进入打嗝模式保护状态,当故障解除后,电源能自动恢复正常输出.

SHORT - CIRCUIT PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped(input power less than 3W) and no damage shall occur when any output operating in a short circuit condition under any line condition for an indefinite period of time. The power supply shall be self - recovery when the fault condition is removed.

4.3 过电压保护: 当输出达到其过压保护触发点时(过压点设定为最大输出电压的120-180%,且过压状

态下输入功率恒定),电源进入打嗝模式保护状态,当故障解除后,电源能自动恢复正常输出.

OVER - VOLTAGE PROTECTION: The power supply shall be hiccupped and no damage shall occur when output current reaches to its over- voltage protection trigger point (set@ Max output voltage 120-180% ). The power supply shall be self - voltage when the fault condition is removed.


5. 环境条件 / ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITIIONS

5.1 操作条件: 在下列环境条件下,电源供应器能够连续工作在各种模式,且不会造成性能的退化.

OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of operating continuously in any mode without performance deterioration in the following environmental conditions.

5.1.1 环境温度: 0℃~40℃

Ambient Temperature: 0℃~40℃

5.1.2 相对湿度: 10%~90%

Relative Humidity: 10%~90%

5.1.3 Vibration: 1.0mm, 10–25Hz, 15 minutes per cycle for each axis (X, Y, Z)

5.2  非操作条件: 电源供应器能够长期的经受下列的环境条件,且不允许有电气及机械方面的损伤和幷发工作的缺陷.

NON-OPERATING: The power supply shall be capable of withstanding the following environmental conditions extended periods of time, without sustaining electrical or mechanical damage and subsequent operational deficiencies

5.2.1 环境温度: -30℃~70℃

Ambient Temperature: -30℃~70℃

5.2.2 相对湿度: 10%~90%

Relative Humidity: 10%~90%

5.2.3 振动和冲击: 电源供应器装配及出货的包装设计,均能承受正常运输的振动. 并符合

MIL–STD-810D 方法 514 和程序 X.

Vibration and Shock :The power supply shall be designed to withstand normal transportation vibration per MIL–STD-810D, method 514 and procedures X, as it is mounted in the chassis assembly and packed for shipping.

5.2.4 跌落试验:电源产品能在装运过程中,由于意外跌落之地面及水泥地(最高1.55M) 落下顺序为三菱六面且不允许有电气及机械方面的损伤和幷发工作的缺陷.

7. 可靠性及品质控制 / RELIABILITY AND QUALITY CONTROL

7.1 老化: 电源在35℃±5℃ 和满载条件下老化 8 小时.

BURN-IN: The power supply shall under go a minimum of 8 hours Burn-In test under full load at 35℃±5℃.

7.2 元件温度要求:半导体结温不允许超过其制造商要求的最大温度值.

COMPONENT DERATING: Semiconductor junction temperatures shall not exceed the manufacturer’s maximum thermal rating.

7.3 平均故障间隔时间: 在25℃条件下,电源供应器在规格限定内工作,其MTBF最少要 50,000 小时.

MTBF: When the power supply is operating within the limits of this specification the MTBF shall be at least 50,000 hours at 25℃ (MIL-STD-217F).


8. 绝缘介电强度(耐压)/ DIELECTRIC WITHSTANDING STRENGTH (HI-POT)

输入对输出端、输入对壳体之间施加3000V交流电压测试1分钟(漏电流≤5mA),无击穿或飞弧现象。(量产测试用3秒钟).

Primary to Secondary & Case  AC3000V, 1 minute(leakage current less than5mA) for type test, (3 second for production).


9. 绝缘阻抗 / INSULATION RESISTANCE

输入对输出绝缘阻抗用500VDC测试时不小于 50 兆欧姆.

Input to output: no less than 50 MOHM(500VDC)


10. 漏电流 / LEAKAGE CURRENT

当电源供应器工作在最大输入及最大负载情况下,其漏电流小于 0.25 mA, 满足Class ‖等级.

The leakage current shall be less than 0.25 mA for Class ‖ when power supply is operated maximum input voltage and maximum load.
